Technical Superintendent - Inverness Based - Job Number 22185

We have an urgent requirement for Permanent position as Technical Superintendent based in Inverness.

Responsible to Technical Director - to ensure fleet of coastal vessels - between 2500 - 4500 DWAT are properly maintained and comply with relevant rules and regulations and Company standards.

Will be responsible for quarterly Technical Inspections to check vessels' general condition and that PM system is complied with to ensure vessel certification is valid.

Preparing dry-dock specs and overseeing maintenance periods.

Liaising with Class and Flag Administration.

Must hold relevant qualifications and have a marine engineering background - preferably of working ashore in a Technical Support role.
