Port Captain

Port Captain*- Permanent - (Abu Dhabi- UAE) - Competitive Salary

A leading innovative Port Operations provider is recruiting for a Port Captain to oversee and organise the efficient operations of the assigned vessels, in their Abu Dhabi port in the UAE.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

* Assisting the contract manager in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet of vessels.
* Managing the maintenance and operations of client's and the companies equipment and assets.
* Analysing and assessing any incidents/defects within the contract.
* Ensuring all personnel act in accordance with the companies health and safety regulations and policies.

The successful candidate will have;

* Experience in Marine Operating.
* Hold a Master STCW (along with seagoing experience).
* Experience with AHTS or similar vessels.
* Worked in the Middle East (ideal but not compulsory)
* Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
