Night Operative (Marina)

Night Marina Operative*- Permanent - (Hayling Island, Hampshire) - Competitive Salary

A leading Marina based in the South Coast is recruiting for a Night Marina Operative to join the team to help with the day-to-day patrolling and general upkeep of the boatyard grounds.

*Shifts are 4 days on/ 4 days off (42 hours per week)*

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Maintain a visible presence in the Marina and the Yard.
• Reporting any issues to the appropriate services/person(s)
• Supporting with boat lifting operations and the organising of berthings.
• Carry out routine maintenance, ensuring the marina is safe and tidy.

The successful candidate will;

• Have experience/Passion in the Marine/Leisure industry.
• Candidates must have a Health and Safety Knowledge
• Have an understanding for Quality Management Systems.
