Logistics Manager*- Permanent - (Hamburg) - Competitive Salary

A leading innovative Maritime company is recruiting for a Logistic's Manager to join the logistics department of their business to join the Materials Management, and lead the logistics team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

    • Developing business relationships with external service providers, promoting the companies services management.
    • Maintaining and monitoring all certificates, custom licenses, ensuring they are up to date.
    • Collaborating with teams to determine requirements for proposals, ensuring services are within budget and in a timely manor.
    • Leading the logistics, warehousing and transportation teams.
    • Owning the export control process, ensuring the export control and compliance are in line with the imported countries rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will have;

    • Have SAP knowledge on respected area.
    • A good understanding of Electronic Components
    • Marine or similar industry knowledge is ideal, but not compulsory.
    • A good knowledge of export control, commodity codes, origin rules and intrastat.
    • German Speaking
