Office Manager (Marine Insurance) – Hong Kong – Permanent – $450,000 – $500,000 HKD

An opportunity has arisen with a global marine insurance company for an Office Manager to join their Hong Kong office to oversee the day to day running of the office.

The role will involve full range of office & facilities management to ensure that all activities and operations comply with the companies policies. You will also be responsible for some accounting matters such as expense payments and payroll administration and also provide HR support in some instances.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of office / facilities management within a professional/ financial services firm. A basis of accounting knowledge will also be advantageous.
