Commercial Associate

A global ship management and marine services company is seeking a Commercial team member to support their growth agenda by driving new business, account management, and implementing commercial tools.

The role will focus on;

• enhancing customer experience,
• utilizing analytics for decision making,
• leading proposal writing and development.

Some of the key responsibilities are;

• Understanding business data and converting information into proposals and client propositions.
• Supporting all Account Management actions for the relevant region.
• Tracking sales performance and driving win rate improvements for all opportunities.
• Managing and maintaining Account Development Plan documentation for assigned customer portfolio.
• Supporting on the Sales Coaching and Commercial Development of resources within regional Ship Management offices

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
