Sales Manager- Permanent- Kent- £ Competitive

Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with a passion for networking and bringing on new clients. This role is aimed at an individual wanting to develop further in their career and grow the company working closely with a small team to deliver the highest of standards to their customers. You will become the heart of customers needs and making sure all documentation is complete to ensure all targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all products offering technical and customer sales support
  • Strong at communicating and building key relationships with distributors and dealers world wide
  • Regular follow ups and seeking new opportunities
  • Involvement with marketing and promotions
  • Sales visits and boat shows
  • Supporting and training to sales representative when required
  • Working with the team on issues and follow up to ensure customer needs are met
  • Working with other brands and assist operations
  • Managing of accounts

Candidate requirements:

  • An understanding of sailing and sailing equipment
  • Experienced in running a team keeping them motivated to deliver financial targets
  • Understanding of advertisement techniques to maximize product exposure
  • Always wanting to deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexible working hours to meet the demands of a seasonal business
  • Attended social events
  • Key holder if required
