ICS/OT Cyber Architect Lead

My Client is seeking a Lead ICS/OT Cyber Architect to enhance the cyber security requirements for IT/OT in their IT department. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of cyber security solutions for industrial control systems and operational technology, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Embed cybersecurity in the lifecycle of IT/OT systems on board
• Apply OT cybersecurity methods to solve cybersecurity problems
• Provide technical cyber requirements in the OT contract management phase
• Develop solutions for safety and security of shipping in compliance with IMO guidelines
• Design secure network architectures for the IT/OT environment
• Monitor network operations and changes to maintain and enhance network security
• Support remediation of gaps in cyber processes
• Handle or escalate IT/OT security issues or events
• Oversee the maintenance of cyber security documentation

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in marine operations with specialist OT cybersecurity engineering knowledge
• Knowledge of network communication protocols and architectures
• Knowledge of IMO Cyber Risk Management guidelines
• Ability to document technical analysis and articulate outcomes to non-technical audiences
