Required for 2023 Summer season on a small Luxury Cruise Ship

The Job:
Under direction from the Head Chef, provide an exceptional dining experience serving British cuisine with a focus on fresh local Scottish produce.
Ensure compliance with sanitation / HACCP / COSHH regulations
Attend all crew drills
Keep uniform and hygiene standards to a high level
Provide crew meals

Requirements for all crew:
Well-spoken and confident
Proven work experience
Prepared to work shift hours, 7 days a week
We pay a day rate that is higher to include holiday pay, so any leave from the ship is not paid. We stress that we are looking for crew that can provide us with a season contract.
Location start: Greenock, or Inverness Scotland.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications

Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
