Our client is a major asset owner in the global oil and gas market. They are currently looking for somebody to work part time on a temporary basis as a Senior HR Co-ordinator.

  • Implements onshore HR procedures, systems and practises in line with operational and corporate strategies and requirements.
  • Ensures that recruitment, training and HR admin activities are conducted in accordance with statutory regulations and company policy.
  • Prepares reports to management on HR activities.
  • Screening CV's, conducting interviews and providing advice to management on recruitment and selection process.
  • Co-ordinates the employee internal communications plan.
  • Takes an active role in shaping the PR/Media programme from an HR perspective.
  • Advises and supports management and employees on organisation development and gives individual guidance.
  • Coaches and supports organisation change.
  • Reports regularly to the General Manager and to the Corporate Head HR on HR activities and personnel and organisation matters.
  • Keeps knowledge and HR procedures up to date.
  • Represents the organisation within the Oil & Gas industry as required.

Emergency Response Duties as required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role where working on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Experience with HR Software.

Member of CIPD or corresponding level of industry experience.
