Naval Architect (two levels available) – Aberdeen – Permanent – Competitive

Navis Consulting are looking for an experienced Naval Architect looking to take the next step in their career. You must have previous experience within a similar role. You will need an eye for detail and be committed to high standards and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting steelwork and outfitting’s
• Full cycle of design from concept to delivery
• Structural and stability calculations
• New build design work
• Surveying on existing vessels
• Liaising with subcontractors

Requirements:

• Naval Architect Degree or equivalent experience
• Eye for detail
• AutoCAD
• The want to live in a rural area

This is a permanent position and candidate must have the ability to travel and the drive to keep progressing in their career. This is a great opportunity to be apart of a great close nit team.
