Base Coordinator

Base Coordinator (Leisure Craft)- Permanent - Chertsey Area - Competitive Salary

A leading boating holiday provider is recruiting for a Base Coordinator to join the engineering team in Chertsey to manage and organise a team of engineers to ensure the boats are up to the companies standards before customers stay.

Duties will include;

• Managing all assigned jobs and work load.
• Dealing with all aspects of Customer Service within the base during the peak season.
• Reporting and maintaining contact with the base manager to establish workload.
• Allocating engineers to specific jobs and tasks.

The successful candidate will have previous marine/leisure/hospitality industry experience in a customer-service-facing role and have an understanding of marine engineering and the sector.

HSE and small leisure craft knowledge are preferred.
