My client is looking for an individual who can take the role of General Manager.

This individual will take on the role of managing a small fleet of vessels as well as the office based in Southampton.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing a small fleet of vessels out of their Southampton based office.
  • Managing the office itself along with the other managers.
  • To be able to think outside the box in last minute situations which will continue to make the company money.
  • As a General manager, the individual should be willing to work extra hours if needs be, including weekends.
Experience required: Marine background. Management experience. Vessel Knowledge.
