Electrical Service Manager (Diesel)

Job Description: Electrical Service Manager (Diesel)- Permanent - Newcastle Upon Tyne - 50K
A leading marine diesel manufacturer are recruiting for an Electrical Service Manager to join their team in Newcastle to manage the daily operations of the electrical team, whilst supporting the marine and industrial departments.

Duties will include;
* Managing a team of electrical service engineers and administrators.
* Undertaking some electrical, electronic, and control system tasks on board vessels and in a workshop environment.
* Preparing and submitting Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Maintaining and maximising current client relationships as well as identifying other areas of business growth.

The successful candidate will have previous Electrical Service Experience in a Marine, Industrial or the Heavy Lift sector.

Mentoring/Management experience is necessary as well as general customer service skills.

Good working knowledge of electrical, electronic and systems engineering is preferred.

Diesel experience is ideal
