Marketplace Manager

Are you an experienced Marketplace Manager looking for a challenge with a leading Maritime corporation? Confident, driven with the ability to create and deliver exceptional content?

ARM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join our highly established Maritime Supply Chain client in either Monaco or the UK.

This role will allow you to lead the growth and development of our clients' Marketplace proposition with the main outcome of transforming them into a market-led Procurement Partner to their customers.

The role

• Drive business analysis and recommendations to improve the business
• Develop, implement and track processes to guarantee content strategy execution
• Define KPIs to continuously measure, track, and optimize marketplace performance
• Maintain deep knowledge of the marketplace landscape, trends, competitive insight, and new enabling technologies
• Coordinate content-status tracking with other departments, especially during commercial operations
• Support the organization by providing thought leadership

• Marketplace Management experience within a Sales and B2B environment
• Technical-minded with the ability to manage the "big picture"
• Friendly, confident and ambitious personality
• Problem solver with a data drive / analytical approach
• Fantastic interpersonal skills with experience in managing and working with team members
