Senior Fleet Maintenance Engineer (Leisure Craft)- Permanent - Norfolk Area

A leisure boating holiday provider is recruiting a Senior Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent arrangement, helping with the general maintenance and servicing of the fleet. 

Other duties will include (but are not limited to);

• Conducting mechanical repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics drives, gearboxes, and heating and pressure box systems.
• Briefing the customers on how to use the boat safely.
• Assisting team members with engineering problems.
• Mentoring and training junior engineers

You will be a good communicator, trustworthy, and work well as part of a team. 

You will have experience within a boat hire/leisure craft industry with an appropriate marine engineering skill set and education. 

You will have a gas-safe certification, first-aid training, and a full UK driving license.
