We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager for a role in Singapore
Position: Assistant HR Manager
Location: Singapore
Role: Hybrid working
Industry: Engineering
Duties:
PLC policies and/or any other requirements
Preparation, Monitoring and complete annual Performance Appraisal and Evaluation process
Conduct salary reviews and keep up to date compensation data of comparable positions in the industry
Talent acquisition and retention.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications
Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
Please sign up for STCW courses and obtain the certificates if you don't have them yet.
