We are currently seeking a Manager Testfield and Commisioning (SOT), whose main goal in mind will be to manage and be the leader for the testfield and commissioning. The ideal location for this position is Rostock, although Hamburg may be discussed.
Your responsibilities
As a Manager Testfield and Commissioning (SOT) you will focus on management, you will lead and optimise the testfield and commissioning with regards to processes, interfaces, tasks and technologies. You will promote the cooperation with adjacent departments and project organizations as well as design of interfaces. You will focus on personnel management and development, as well as the continuous capacity optimization. Any tasks can be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You will work alongside of a highly skilled, motivated and supporting team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience within testfield and commissioning
• Solid electrical background
• Extensive system knowledge of low voltage switchboards
• Customer contact experience
• Leadership skills
• Willingness to travel around 50% of your working time
