The Company

I am currently working with an established Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Master on board.

The Role

As Master you will enjoy overall responsibility for the entire vessel, ensuring that all operations are run in line with existing laws and legislation, and as per company standards.

Leading the on-board management team, you will assist with forward planning and fleet development plans.

You will utilise your developed interpersonal skills, mixing frequently with passengers and adding to the customer experience on-board.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Master Unlimited ticket
-Cruise Ship experience
-Global sailing experience
-Developed interpersonal skills
-Fluent English language skills
