Junior Shipping Finance Clerk – Perm – London

We are looking for an individual to work for a leading shipping company within their London office as a Junior Shipping Finance Clerk to working within the Funds Section of the Finance Department.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Invoices checking and inputting payment requests.
• Receiving the expense data/original invoices and generating voucher of operating expense account.
• Maintaining Miscellaneous Files
• Prepare account balance report and cost analysis
• VAT and Tax Return filing

For this position, you will need:

• AAT qualifications at least or diploma/degree in Finance or Accounting
• Basic finance knowledge
• Legal right to work in UK
• Good IT, organization, and communication skills
• To be honest, responsible and punctual, to be able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker.
