Marine Accounting Manager (Hire Desk)

We are representing one of the fastest growing dry bulk owner and operator to look for a Marine Accounting Manager for their Hire desk. . You'll be part of a growing organization with potentials to progress in your career ahead and working closely with the vessel operations team in Singapore.

Job Descriptions:

• Calculating hire statements for the time charter in / out vessels
• Preparing final hire statements and balancing accounts with owners and customers
• Communicating and working with the in-house operators/commercial
• Checking and paying brokerage commissions
• Handling small marine accounting claims / general hire related claims
• Working in IMOS
• Communicating with owners / charterer

Your profile:

• Relevant degree or in maritime study
• min 2 years of experience in dry bulk shipping operations from broker or owner/operator
• Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English essential
• Open mind and personality, take on responsibility and enjoy working in a team
