Brokerage Marketing Administrator

Brokerage Marketing Assistant (Marine)- Permanent- Lymington- up to £30,000

Navis Consulting are looking for someone with vibrant and energetic energy with a technical knowledge of yachts, who has a love of communicating with people, interested in sales and marketing and who is willing to learn and be a team player. Based on the south coast, our clients wants a unique individual with the drive to deliver a high quality service to join their team and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist broker when needed in videoing and photographing locally based yachts for promotional needs
• Contribute to copywriting of yacht listing texts for adverts internal and external
• Updating promotional script for recording for on-hold phone message
• Proof reading our in-house publications and other marketing material when necessary.
• Assistance with the organization of events
• Working with our internal database for adding clients and yachts onto the system
• Accurately uploading yacht listing information and imagery to website and other advertising methods
• Keeping displays and adverts up to date
• Work with brokers to prepare sales blogs for our yacht listings
• Understanding social media platforms
• Work with our international yacht registries
• Brokerage store organization

Requirements:

• A passion and enthusiasm about yachts
• A technical knowledge about yachts will be needed
• Experience working with websites desirable but not essential
• Experience of working with Photoshop would be helpful
• Knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and scheduling
• Ability to work in a fast pace envelopment
