Technical Mechanic M/F

Maintenance and repair of engines and other equipments or mechanical components on board all BOURBON & SONASURF vessel & at shore base facilities when required.

Inspection of marine engines, jets, transmissions etc ; diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues and trouble shooting.

Engines and other equipments or mechanical components overhaul and assembly.

Active leadership of mechanic assistant team assigned.

Perform repairs as per maker and company quality standard, aiming for safety operation & maximum reliability

Carry out major mechanical repairs and overhauls and provide assistance on board and ashore when required

Maintain an accurate inventory the tools provided by the company & perform tools maintenance. Active participation to the stock management

Coach and support assigned SRC workers team, sharing technical knowledge and information on SRC activities

Responsible & Accou ntable at all times acting in a safe manner and displaying active safety leadership within their areas of influence in order to promote a safe working environment and a strong safety culture

Responsible to Apply ABAC and all Compliance related procedures. Applying the BOURBON Compliance Program.
