Technical Superintendent M/F

Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, including dry dock activities, carried out at shore base facilities and on board all SONASURF & BOURBON vessels when required to maintain the technical availability of the fleet, in compliance with Class & Statutory requirements.

Active leadership of SRC's team assigned and daily works organization.

Assistance to the SRC Manager with maintenance and supply processes to achieve optimum productivity.

Commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsible to manage and maintain SONASURF & BOURBON fleet in safe and reliable conditions for PMP & UPMP

Maintain an accurate inventory the tools provided by the company & follow-up of SRC workers tools condition. Active participation to the stock management and inventories

To manage external services (subcontractor) as per scope of work & planning

To coach and support SRC workers ,transfer k nowledge and share information on SRC activities.

To ensure that all technical reports are issued or received, reviewed and forwarded to relevant parties on time for Vessel's PMP & UPMP.

Responsible & Accountable at all times acting in a safe manner and displaying active safety leadership within their areas of influence in order to promote a safe working environment and a strong safety culture
