Regional Crew Management Partner – Permanent – Glasgow – £85k-£90k plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in ship management in a senior role.

Ideally based in Glasgow, The Regional Crew Management Partner (RCMP) plays a vital role in managing and growing existing customer relationships, and seeking opportunities in the market to grow the Crew Management business. They will also drive improvement in existing service delivery and associated customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of Crew Management Partners in their allocated region and be accountable for their operational delivery
• Lead and support engagement with present and potential senior customer representatives, senior stakeholders and colleagues in Crew Management, Ship Management, Customer Experience, Commercial Team, Bid Team and HSEQ, amongst others.
• Establish, maintain and develop relationships with key contacts and within the customers’ organizations.
• Have a clear understanding of the customer’s strategy and their operational challenges
• Work closely with the Ship Management, Business Development, Commercial and Customer Experience teams in driving business growth and improving customer experience.
• Develop and manage regional Crew Management sales strategy in partnership with Crew Operations Director, Business Development and other relevant stakeholders with close collaboration with other teams and stakeholders

Experience Required:

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant discipline
• Proven experience in account management role
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Crew Operations
• Good knowledge of different Crew Management segments and vessel types
• Excellent presentational skills – able to develop and lead pitches and presentations to senior client representatives
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to develop and deliver Account Plans / Business Development Plans
