Program Manager – Permanent – Fareham

My client are on the hunt for a Program Manager to join their ranks. This client are a huge player in the maritime industry, within this subsidiary you will be working at the forefront of the Digital Transformation and Smart Vessel Solutions in the maritime business. Some of your responsibilities:

• Work according to the Commercial Project Management process, using appropriate tools
• Assist and cooperate with Account Manager to prepare competent project offer and secure new projects on a sales stage;
• Ensure the Program is achieving identified goals against KPI’s set
• Prioritize projects within the program in the best way to achieve program goals
• Ensure all areas of project management activities from the beginning to the end of the project

Who we are looking for?

• Master / Bachelor in IT or Engineering, or equivalent knowledge through experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. PMI certificate is desirable;
• Knowledge of relevant software, IT and electronic products and tools are desirable;
• At least 5 years of successful experience on Senior Project/Program Management position in system integration;
• Knowledge of Ports and/or Maritime domain business is highly desirable
