SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

• Sonasurf Shipmanager representative, based in Angola
• Monitor locally fleet's operation and maintenance under Sonasurf office authority.
• Ensure the Sonasurf Fleet benefits from highest maintenance standards.
• Ensure Maintenance projects are delivered within time and budgets.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

1. QHSE

• Maintain Fleet Incident Rate in line with Sonasurf plan objective
• Stop any transaction or activity which could be in breach of the BOURBON Code of Conduct Policy or applicable legal compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with all involved stakeholders to assess all risks using MOC
• Close collaboration with HSE Manager
• Clear understanding of Sonasurf organization, smooth integration in Angola and autonomy to evolve within SSA

2. Standards and Client satisfaction

• Participate to Internal and External audits and inspections and assist for items closure in the OCIMF database on time. Support during audit and closure of items,
• Supervise vessel operational performance in close cooperation with Operations and Technical Superintendents
• Participate actively in yearly SMS review
• Contribute to BOURBON maintenance Standards improvement, ensuring documented feedback on SONASURF maintenance activities
• Close collaboration with Vessels, Contract Managers, Ops/Tech Superintendents, Crewliners Fleet Manager, Logistic Manager, Quality Manager and HSE Manager

3. Shipmanagement

• Management of external ISM audits and flag surveys on section owned as per annual plan
• Insurance claim management as per annual plan
• Define CAPEX budget and investment request with fleet direction
• Monitor CAPEX budget as per annual plan
• Stop any transaction or activity which could be in breach of the BOURBON Code of Conduct Policy or applicable legal compliance requirements
• Management of the majo r equipment critical stock to secure minimum ROB ned in close collaboration with the Fleet Manager and Logistic Manager
• Be a leader toward his team and support at any time.
• Ensure a smooth cooperation and communication with every Sonasurf collaborators in order to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way

4. Project Management

• Accountable for proper PMP Management
• Accountable for PMP planning and budget compliance as per annual plan
• Predictive maintenance deployment and usage on crewliners fleet as per annual plan
• Define a maintenance strategy minimizing downtime and vessels' unavailability for Clients in close contact with Fleet Manager, Ops/Tech Superintendents and Contract Managers

5. Method & standard

• Continuous improvement of PMS and CMMS
• Continuous improvement of equipment reconditioning process as per annual plan
• Ensure continuous improvement of equipment, spare parts and servi ces provided
• Maintenance alerts and bulletins management
