Technical Superintendent M/F

1. HSE

• Maintain Fleet Incident Rate in line with BMO plan objective
• Ensure operations' compliance with SMS procedures
• Ensure Masters' effective notification and reporting of incidents, contribute to the investigations and the implementation of correctives actions
• Stop any transaction or activity which could be in breach of the BOURBON Code of Conduct Policy or applicable legal compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with all involved stakeholders to assess all risks using MOC
• As MOC coordinator ensure MOC are reviewed and closed on due time

2. Standards and Client satisfaction

• Participate to OVID Internal and External inspections and assist for items closure in the OCIMF database on time. Support during audit and closure of items,
• Key link in "Customer Satisfaction chain"
• Monitor compliance with operational clauses in vessel contract in coordination with Operations and Contract Manager
• Supervise vessel operational performance in close cooperation with Contract Manager
• Promote Masters' SMS review
• Participate actively in yearly SMS review
• Close collaboration with Contract Managers.

3. Shipmanagement

• Vessels' certificates remain valid at all time,
• Vessels' management visits in line with annual plan
• Manage Spare parts stock in Angola ensuring stock replenishmen accordingy,
• OPEX monitoring, budget compliance in line with annual plan,
• Masters and C/E yearly assessment as per plan. Debried to be done after each rotation, and provide a sound feedback on performance to Sonasurf head office,
• Participate to all internal and external audits (ISM) and flag's survey preparation, follow up and NC closure,
• Maintain of operations action plan up to date,
• Close collaboration with Sonasurf head office staff,
• Clear understanding of sonasurf organization, smooth integration in Angola and autonomy to evolve within SSA

4. Technical

• Manage fleet routine maintenance ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, customers standard, budget and availability rate targets
• Ensure effective use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• 4A and 4B KPIs are in line with annual plan
• Contribute to BOURBON maintenance Standards improvement, ensuring documented feedback on Bourbon Mobility maintenance activities
• Assist technical management in insurance claims management
