CNC Edgebander Operator – Berinsfield

CNC Edgebander Operator – Berinsfield – £23,000 – £27,000 p.a.

Operates CNC machinery. Understands how the machinery functions and assists with setup and day-to-day operations. Inspects machines and keeps them maintained so that production processes continue smoothly and safely.

MAIN DUTIES
* Operating / minding of semi-automatic machinery and selection of materials needed.
* Assist with the operation of a full maintenance programme in accordance with the Machine manufacturer’s guidelines and ensure that the machines, tools and working areas are kept clean and tidy ready to carry out the next task.
* Concise and clear part labeling/ complete inspection reports.
* Good working knowledge and experience of working with CNC Edge Banders.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* CNC experience.
* It would be an advantage to have a woodworking industry background.
* Excellent communication skills.
