Service Manager – Permanent – Piraeus
Looking for a customer focused candidate to join my clients Customer Success function in their office in Piraeus.

The client are a international Digital solutions provider to the maritime industry. In this role you will be supporting office based clients and ship based end users responding to issues and queries. You will work cross functionally with sales, support and development to ensure the candidates success with the service.

The right candidate will have;

• Experience with client facing roles
• Great communication. English is mandatory for this role. Other languages would be considered an asset
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Shipping / Marine Industry would be a huge plus
