Mast Builder – Permanent / Contract – The Netherlands – Competitive hourly rate

Navis Consulting are recruiting Mast Builders in The Netherlands to work on carbon masts for luxury racing and cruising yachts.

The mast builder’s work will consist of pre-mounting / fitting all parts on and in the mast. This is done by measuring, drilling, grinding, milling, sawing, gluing and laminating according to supplied drawings and work instructions. The work is diverse and includes using various hand tools and machines.

As a Mast builder you are especially handy with tools, you have technical insight which is detailed and accurate. The candidate must have an eye for detail and be eager to learn.

Our client are willing to consider candidates for permanent or contract positions. If permanent, there will be training available. Candidates must already have the right to work in the EU to apply.
