Site Supervisor – Fixed-Term – Kent

As a Site Supervisor you would be responsible for or the design and construction stages of works with a dock environment. This will involve carrying out new marine piling, refurbishment of existing pontoons and the installation of mechanical and electrical infrastructure both on the landside and on the pontoons.

As Site Supervisor you will assist in planning and co-ordinating works, and undertake site inspections to assist in the management of health and safety, quality & compliance checks for the civils and M&E works.

This position is to start in September 2022 and it is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2024.

The successful candidate will have:

• BTEC level 4 Construction and Built Environment (HNC) or NVQ level 3 in Built Environment and Design
• Construction Site Management Qualification (SMSTS, NVQ Construction Site Management or similar)
• A proven track record of site supervisory roles of civil engineering aspects of multi-disciplinary projects in ‘live’ operational environments
• NEC3 ECC – Supervisor role on multi-disciplinary projects
• A proven track record of responsibility from the construction phase of civil engineering projects
• A thorough understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and management of construction sites
• A thorough understanding of environmental requirements and considerations on civil engineering projects
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
• Be able to work additional hours as and when required
