Junior Marine Engineer

What is the role?

Our Junior Marine Engineers are sandwiched with our Graduate’s and Technical Consultant. This umbrella team comprises of specialists from across the maritime environment – including but not limited to Royal Navy, RFA, Oceanography etc. Our Graduates join the Company with a wealth of up-to-date knowledge and theoretical understanding – they are driven to put this into practice. Our services rely on these specialists’ knowledge to ensure we uphold the lifecycle of contracts.

As part of our exciting growth plans, we are looking for Junior Marine Engineers. This candidate would have seagoing experience in a marine environment as well as a degree in a relatable subject. This candidate would work alongside the Graduates and Consultants in applying safe and defensible maintenance solutions. We strive for our people to find cost effective solutions and to ensure we are improving the reliability of our services.

As a Junior Marine Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Technical analysis;
• Technical authoring;
• Maintenance management;
• Process generation;
• Business development.

This role is based in Bath, UK.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and reliable team members, whom demonstrate the following skills:

• Current in-service experience in a marine working environment is essential;
• A degree in a relatable engineering discipline is desirable.

It should be noted that to be considered for this role, you must be a UK national and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance at SC level.
