Sales Apprentice (Marine)- Permanent- Southampton – Salary depending on experience

Navis Consulting are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and looking to be involved within the marine sector. Based on the south coast, our clients wants a unique individual with the drive to deliver a high quality service to join their team and develop your career and have the ability to adapt to different customers from leisure to commercial sectors. Must be willing to explore new business new opportunities with new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making sales face to face, via email, & over the phone, with leisure, retail and trade customers
• Process, package and dispatch orders
• Update our ecommerce website
• Update social media content
• Ensure the shop layout is maintained in a clean and efficient way
• Arrange the outside display area
• Attending shows & events

Experience required:

• Good customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Quick learner
• Ability to work in a team
• Good housekeeping
• Great initiative
• Hands-on attitude
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy

Desirable attributes:

• Boat knowledge or background
• Sales / customer experience

This role is a full time role offering key qualifications and benefits and to be apart of a marina family working to the highest of standards.
