GRP Laminators and Finishers (Marine) – Plymouth

GRP Laminators & Finishers – Contract – Plymouth – £22 per hour

Navis Consulting are looking for GRP Laminators and GRP Finishers for our Boat Building client in the Plymouth area.

• Mould tool preparation including polishing, waxing and buffing
• Reading and interpreting drawings / specifications
• Hand lay-up producing marine hulls and decks
• Preparing and executing gel coating
• Basic mould repairs and using repair filler
• Safely utilising knowledge of composite materials and chemicals
• Clearing, tidying and cleaning of area and focusing on the utmost hygiene and cleanliness

This is an ongoing temporary contract opportunity working 40 hours per week with overtime available for the right candidates. Our client are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible. The role is inside IR35.
