Customer Success Manager (Account Manager) - London - Shipping & Trading Software

ARM Maritime are working with an international innovative and forward-thinking data intelligence platform that are looking to grow their Customer Success team with another industry passionate individual.

About You:

  • You will have proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles
  • You will have strong knowledge of or selling into SaaS market
  • You should be confident and comfortable with onboarding, post-sales launching, renewals and growing relationships.
  • You will ideally have experience in digital transformations projects
  • You should be a team player, someone who takes initiative and who is flexible in their approach.
  • Experience in the Maritime and Shipping sector is an added advantage but not essential for the role.

What you will be doing:

In your day to day role, you will be the key contact for some of the business's major customer accounts and will play a vital role in driving product adoption, business outcomes and customer success forward.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle which includes: post-sales launch and onboarding, CSM enablement, coordinating Customer enablement activities, maintaining a healthy steady state, executive alignment, renewal and growth of relationships.

You will also be responsible for engaging with Senior Executives and Company Leadership to inspire the value of the product and encourage expansion within their organisation.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

  • Manage partner feedback and product needs by providing and organising feature requests to internal teams
  • Proactively identify customer needs and identify up-sell opportunities
  • Execute key strategies for revenue acceleration
  • Developing and executing customer success plans, as well as tracking and reporting on key metrics to ensure adoption and success
