Junior International Coordinator (Shipping) – Fixed Term – London

We are looking for an individual to work within the International Coordination Department for a leading shipping company. The opportunity will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position afterwards.

Duties will include:

• Invoice Checking and Issuing
• Fleet development and new service study
• Performance analysis
• Weekly fixture analysis
• Cooperation with other carriers
• Market Research & Analysis
• IT Coordination
• General Administrative duties
• Coordination related to Annual Budget
• Simulation of ECB report for Case study and new Project
• Monitoring of shortage settlement and invoice issues and GPS system
• Cash flow estimation – EMU slot
• SOL+ system test and feedback
• Shortage settlement and invoice with X-Press and Cosco
• BSA offset preparation
• Assistant to XCL-related feeder filed issue

The successful candidate will be:

• Legal right to work in UK.
• Good IT, organization, and communication skills.
• Good shipping knowledge with general geographical awareness.
• To be honest, responsible and punctual, to be able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker.
