Senior Fleet Manager / Marine Operations Manager - Danish Speaking

A unique opportunity has arisen with one of Europe's most recognisable marine operators. They are looking to recruit a Senior Fleet Manager / Marine Operations Manager to oversee a team of high quality Asset Managers and Engineering personnel from their operations in Denmark.

This opportunity is for an experienced maritime professional with at least 3 years experience in a senior shore-based operations role within the offshore industry. The successful applicant will:
- Speak and write fluently in English and Danish
- Have strong maritime experience, including in an onshore operations role
- Be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate experience with both colleagues and customers
- Have strong experience in maritime standards and legislation
- Display strong commercial and business awareness
- Have experience in coaching, developing and leading team members
