My Client are searching for a Sales Enablement Manager to join their ranks. In this role you will be responsible for the training and development of the greater sales team through programs developed to their skills. To be successful in this role you must be familiar with different schools of thought in sales theory and training techniques.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Work with colleagues to provide continuous improvement to the enablement program
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales team to create content for internal and external use
  • Use performance data to guide areas of improvement and reevaluation of programs
  • Onboard and train sales represenatitves
  • Tracking sales KPIs and report back to sales leadership

Skills and experience

  • Proven work experience in prime revenue-facing teams, sales support, sales enablement, or sales training roles
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Experience working collaboratively across mutliple business functions
  • Experience in the shipping industry would be a huge plus
