At ARM Maritime, we are working with an established and well-known brand within the Maritime professional services sector, who are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to join their global talent team.
Created more than 200 years ago, our client has a leading reputation specialising in modern engineering and technology for the Maritime Industry and offers world-class technical expertise in more than 180 countries.
Role Purpose:
Bringing your recruiter knowledge and expert communication skills to the table, helping contribute to and develop business in North Europe for both blue and white-collar opportunities.
Your Role:
As a North European lead, you will be able to use your recruitment talent to advise the business on customized strategies for the numerous challenging vacancies across northern Europe.
You will have an interesting diversity in the roles you will handle. Being the people person you are, creating and maintaining a good working relationship with Hiring Managers comes easy to you.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who is confident and comfortable working autonomously but who also understands how important it is to ensure the most suitable candidates join the company to achieve their group's long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Strong previous experience in Recruitment (agency or internal)
- Experience recruiting within the North European region, additionally knowledge of employment laws and standard practices
- Must be fluent in English and any additional language skills are an added advantage
- Experience within an international organisation, preferably within the Maritime sector or within the engineering, technical or services field
Additional Information:
- Work from home flexibility (1 day per week in the office)
- UK locations: Southampton or Central London offices
Salary Package:
Competitive base salary+ 35 hour working week + medical cover + life insurance + flexible remote working options
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications
Mandatory STCW certificates are required from all applicants.
