Commercial Manager – Permanent – Glasgow/Europe – up to £60k plus benefits

My Client, a Global Ship Management company are looking for a proactive Commercial Manager to join their team. Preferably based in Glasgow but can also be based in one of their offices in Europe,

As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business
• Oversee and take on financial activity; budgets, invoicing, annual/quarterly reports
• Manage client relationships and key accounts
• Review contracts relating to ship management agreements and time charter parties
• Willing to travel on occasion for business purposes

Requirements for the role;

• Account Management experience, preferably in a ship management environment
• Experience working within the shipping industry and with ship owners
• Great communication and presentation skills, can confidently communicate with throughout all levels of business
• Experience developing and leading client relationships
