Customer Services (Import Section) – Perm – London

We are looking for an individual to work within the Imports Section of the Customer Services department for a leading shipping company, who is comfortable on the phone, customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties will include:

• Credit Control
• Cargo insurance claim co-ordination
• Import overdue containers tracing and chasing
• Import merchant haulage Detention invoicing and payment collection
• Customer helpline

The successful candidate will be:

• Previous experience or an interest in the shipping industry will be an advantage
• Must have legal rights to work within UK, without sponsorship
