Head of Marketing – Permanent- Oxfordshire- Competitive Salary

Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with a high quality skill sets across the marketing industry that can really help develop their brand in the leisure/luxury sector. Based just outside Oxford our client wants a unique individual to take charge of the marketing through out the company, understand customers requirements and implement them into their product development and commercial offering while putting their own unique spin on it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote brand values throughout dealer network and customer interactions
• Content generation creating fresh images and video supporting global marketing activities across all platforms
• Social media content and scheduling
• Managing lead generation in support of dealer network
• Effectively support OEM clients to remain their number one choice
• Integral part of Product Steering Committee ensuring they remain leader in their field and developing products which customers wish to buy
• Complete ROI calculations on proposed new products to ensure viability
• Manage the budget schedule expenditure and ensure they receive high level of service from our providers
• Attended events as when required and manage organization of event including design, logistic, staffing, inventory
• Manage the website design and content
• Plan and implement global print and digital advertising
• Manage product photoshoot to ensure brand is professionally portrayed across all platforms
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing
• Collaborate with sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies inline with companies objectives

Experience Required:

• Degree level or proven experience working in a similar marketing role
• Marketing qualifications such as CIM would be an advantage
• Marine industry experience desirable but not essential
• Effective communicator and good listener
• Innovative/Creative
