Manage the day to day running of the site as well as representing Serco at a management level regards to clients and internal/external organisations.

Monitor and act on operations to ensure the growth and targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Report to Contract Director.

Lead operations on site.

Maintain a safe, secure and ethical business.

Create and maintain robust and reliable financial management.

Reach the profitable growth target.

To keep in contact with clients.
Experience required: Experience within the Marine industry. Understanding of Trade Union Relations. Dealing with clients. Operations. Experience in a management role with evidence of successful leadership/planning and business strategy.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on ships or oil rigs.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
