Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain – Northeast Hampshire – Permanent

My client are on the hunt for a capable Head of Manufacturing with a broad background to support the development and production of their bespoke vessels.

This is a senior management position, which will involve working closely with the Engineering, Operations and other members of senior management team.

The right candidate will have;

• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders, partners, contractors, and suppliers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
• A technical mindset

The budget for this position is open and negotiable relative to experience.
