Luanda SRC Manager M/F

To manage, monitor and control the PMP & UPMP as per technical specification / vessel design & budget under his jurisdiction in SRC LUANDA.

To optimize Crewboat fleet availability.

1. To manage and maintain Sonasurf & MOBILITY fleet of fast crew boat in safe and reliable conditions for PMP & UPMP performed at LUANDA Yard.
2. To manage SONASURF LUANDA SRC (Surfer Repair Center)
3. To manage external service (subcontractor) as per SOW & planning.
4. To manage FCB spare parts & consumable delivered to LUANDA SRC to be used in the maintenance activities.
5. Responsible to support and coach the dedicated efficient SRC team members N-2 and transfer the knowledge and share information on SRC activities.
6. To ensure that all technical and financial reports are received, reviewed and re-distributed to relevant parties on time for Vessel PMP & UPMP & SRC LUANDA G&A.
7. Accountable & Responsibl e to monitor cost control SRC LUANDA G&A.
8. Responsible & Accountable at all times acting in a safe manner and displaying active safety leadership within their areas of influence in order to promote a safe working environment and a strong safety culture.
9. To apply ABAC and all Compliance related procedures. Applying the BOURBON Compliance Program.
