Engine Fitter

The Fitter will be engaged in various works on board. When working within the Engine Dep. he will report to the Second Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities according to National and International Regulations and Requirements with the emphasis on:

1. Obliged to learn and follow relevant parts of the Company HSE&QA Safety Management System.
2. Maintenance and repair work on board.
3. Duties in Engine-Room.
4. Mooring Operations.
5. Own Safety by following all Safety Instructions including the use of Personal Protection Equipment.
6. Follow up own competence like relevant certificates and training needs and other necessary documents (i.e. health certificate), and provide the updated documentation.
