Employee Engagement & Comms Partner (Marine) – Permanent – Peterborough – £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK leading luxury boat builder.

As the Employee Engagement & Communications Partner, you are responsible for the delivery of first class internal and external communication and engagement activities using all available channels and ensuring that the company have the right culture to deliver business improvements. Alongside creating a strong, clear and consistent employer brand that attracts the best talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the HR & Services Director to plan and deliver the internal communications strategy, creating a culture of excellence across the company and driving improvements to employee engagement and morale.
• Working with the Marketing Team, using external facing mediums, such as social media and the Company website, to promote the company.
• Liaising and building partnerships with external bodies, such as schools, colleges, universities local clubs etc to promote the employer brand.
• Designing, planning and delivering staff experiences, including employee communication, staff recognition, loyalty, careers events etc.
• Creating an engagement plan to ensure the company consistently maintains employee engagement, including during periods of transition, transformation and change.

Knowledge and Experience required:

• Professional knowledge of communications and marketing techniques.
• Strong understanding of the latest trends and thinking in communications and marketing and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of KPIs, evaluation and performance metrics for communications and marketing.
• Proven experience of successfully delivering employee engagement plans aligned to company strategy.
• Proven experience of developing and enhancing a successful employer brand.
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent
