Commercial and Tenders Coordinator – Permanent – London

As a Commercial and Tenders Coordinator, you will be required to produce high-quality written work to support bids for marine opportunities, work to tight deadlines, and liaise with senior staff across the business. It is essential to possess an in-depth business knowledge, alongside excellent written communication, time management and prioritisation skills. You will need to be confident working alone and able to manage multiple projects to successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage bids and tenders on behalf of the company
• Ensure all documentation and admin tasks are completed and maintained
• Identify opportunities within existing and developing markets and supply chains
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Working well within a team environment

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Bid and Tendering Management, Contract Management and Business development

• Experience managing small teams

• Experience of operations within shipping, oil and gas, or associated relevant industries

• Experience in negotiating with C-Suite/senior level stakeholders

• IT literate
