Underwriting Administrator (Marine) – London – Permanent – £25,000 – £30,000

An opportunity has arisen with a leading marine insurance company for an Underwriting Administrator to join their busy team.

This will be a relatively junior position in the team and duties will involve administrative assistance for the underwriting of P&I, FD&D and war risk insurance on behalf of policy holders and brokers. You will assist the underwriters with full range of underwriting services from new enquiries, amendments and cancellations through to renewals.

Applicant should have either; experience in underwriting assistant experience OR, good knowledge and experience within the maritime sector with an interest to move in to insurance underwriting.
